PayPal, one of the world's largest digital payment platforms with over 400 million accounts, supports USDC for US-based users. You can buy, sell, and hold USDC within the PayPal app. PayPal also launched its own stablecoin (PYUSD) but continues to support USDC alongside it. The integration means you can convert between dollars and USDC within an app you likely already use. The main limitation is that PayPal's crypto features may not support withdrawals to external wallets in all cases, so check the current policies if you want to move USDC off PayPal to a self-custody wallet or DeFi protocol.
