USDC.org does not require an account to browse the Site.

If you submit one of our optional forms, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name and email address.

We use submitted information to process your requests and submissions. Subscription features use your email address for welcome messages, follow-up emails, and briefings. Subscription emails include an unsubscribe link.

Server Logs: Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically collect standard server log data when you visit the Site. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This data is used solely for maintaining the security and performance of the Site and is not used to personally identify you.

We also link to independent services, such as exchanges. If you choose to visit those services, their privacy policies apply to your interactions with them.

Resend: Email features use Resend to deliver emails and manage subscription contacts. Please review Resend's Privacy Policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Third-party exchanges: Some links on the Site point to third-party exchanges such as Coinbase (coinbase.com). If you follow those links and choose to transact on the exchange, the exchange will collect information it needs to process your transaction, which may include identity verification and payment details. Please review the privacy policy of each exchange you use.

CoinGecko API: We use the CoinGecko API to display publicly available USDC market data (such as market cap and supply). This request is made server-side and does not transmit any of your personal information to CoinGecko.

The Site may contain links to external websites or resources that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of these external sites and are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information associated with your use of the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The Site is operated from the United States.
